Our Apologies

Our apologies a heart on a gift Dear subscribers–especially those who have recently signed up!

The month of October was an incredibly busy time for me personally and professionally. Still working to develop The Pain Site and volunteering with the local DNC, I admit to becoming seriously overwhelmed.  I am also relocating (again!)… moving back to California from my current home in Wisconsin.  So needless to say, things have been a bit crazy around here.

Now that the election is over (sigh) I will be able to devote more time to Journal to Wellness and The Pain Site (which is moving along nicely, albeit it too slowly for my taste.) The move is going to be a quick one: Me, my dog, Joey, and Katarina the Cat (also known as The Princess) will be flying out to the Bay Area during the first week of December.  As I did last time, I am selling what I can of my belongings and donating the rest.

Please accept my apologies for ignoring you guys for so long, and trust me when I say that Journal to Wellness will be back on track soon. The Pain Site is also going to be an awesome resource, so stay tuned!!

Meanwhile, here’s a thought for today:

If you truly feel that self-esteem and motivation have to happen first before you can make changes in your life, then we’ll probably be sharing walkers at a retirement home as we talk over what might have been. Shannon L. Alder

Keep journaling!!

Warm regards,
