As a part of our commitment to helping our members get the most from their journaling efforts, we offer one free half-hour telephone consultation or online chat with Kathleen to everyone who joins our site. This is a very informal conversation to help you identify the areas in your life that are most important to work on right now. YOU direct the conversation — there are no questions to answer and you can reveal as much or as little about yourself as you choose.

To get started, click here to set up an appointment. Choose a time slot that works for you (we ask that you choose three just in case we can’t accommodate your first choice.) and we will notify you when your appointment is confirmed. It’s simple, free and there are no strings attached.

For users who are uncomfortable with or simply don’t like the idea of talking over the phone, we offer the option of chatting online. Just click here and request an appointment for an online chat. Choose a time slot and we’ll let you know when the appointment is confirmed.  It’s that simple.

If you’re not interested in chatting  but have a question you need answered,  send us a message using this form. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Free email support is available to all Journal to Wellness members for their first 90 days of membership. Because our staff is limited, we accept one question per member per day. We try very hard to answer every question within 24 hours of receipt, but if the volume of questions is particularly high, it may take as long as 48 hours for you to receive a response. Please be patient and do not re-submit your question unless you do not hear back from us for two full days so that we can give every member the time and attention he deserves.

We try to make our site as user-friendly as possible, so our journaling exercises are broken up into different areas of concern: Quieting the Mind, Dealing with Emotions, Recovery and Personal Growth. Each section is a mini-workbook, containing journaling prompts and specific exercises to help you focus your attention on the issues that are most important to you now.

Membership & Log-in (4)

Nothing is wrong, and we apologize for the delays.  Journal to Wellness is a small company and we manually moderate users two to three times a day. Doing this takes time, but we feel it is worth the effort to keep our site secure and your information safe. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of signing up, please contact us and we will investigate the problem right away.

Not exactly. We require that all users sign up for a username and password simply to keep spam and bot traffic on our site to a minimum  Our number one goal  is helping people like you learn how journaling can help you to make positive changes in your life. We want to spend our time doing that — not monitoring the site for illegal traffic and spam. With that said, however, please know that all you need to do to receive all the benefits of membership is to fill out this short form.

Good News! You no longer need to be a member of Journal to Wellness to get a free copy of Design Your Life.  Just click on the link in the top menu on our site and we’ll take you to a page where you can download your workbook. It’s free and there are no string attached.  If you want more than one copy, we only will charge you our “Members Only” price of $24.95.  Discounts are available if you would like to buy a number of the workbooks for a  journaling group.
