Consultation and Support

As a part of our commitment to helping our members get the most from their journaling efforts, we offer one free half-hour telephone consultation or online chat with Kathleen to everyone who joins our site. This is a very informal conversation to help you identify the areas in your life that are most important to work on right now. YOU direct the conversation — there are no questions to answer and you can reveal as much or as little about yourself as you choose.

To get started, click here to set up an appointment. Choose a time slot that works for you (we ask that you choose three just in case we can’t accommodate your first choice.) and we will notify you when your appointment is confirmed. It’s simple, free and there are no strings attached.

For users who are uncomfortable with or simply don’t like the idea of talking over the phone, we offer the option of chatting online. Just click here and request an appointment for an online chat. Choose a time slot and we’ll let you know when the appointment is confirmed.  It’s that simple.

Free email support is available to all Journal to Wellness members for their first 90 days of membership. Because our staff is limited, we accept one question per member per day. We try very hard to answer every question within 24 hours of receipt, but if the volume of questions is particularly high, it may take as long as 48 hours for you to receive a response. Please be patient and do not re-submit your question unless you do not hear back from us for two full days so that we can give every member the time and attention he deserves.
