We try to make our site as user-friendly as possible, so our journaling exercises are broken up into different areas of concern: Quieting the Mind, Dealing with Emotions, Recovery and Personal Growth. Each section is a mini-workbook, containing journaling prompts and specific exercises to help you focus your attention on the issues that are most important to you now.
